What’s the point of this door when you arrive during the “open times” ring and knock and still get no service??!?!

The customer service here is really bad … comments and remarks are being made when someone has to drop off a return for a store… I mean if the store or website I’m buying from would have another way to return I would preferred that over visiting the post office.
