“Every time that I’ve gone into the Eva Street location in Montgomery for anything, the experience has been outstanding. The guys are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. They seem to love what they’re doing and will go above and beyond to make sure that they have provided you with excellent customer service. That is such a rare thing to find these days. I can’t say enough good things about them. The last two times I’ve gone there, including today, Kyle Erwin assisted me and he took care of both of the issues that I needed help with. There’s also another guy whose name I unfortunately forgot to write down - a young guy, tall with long hair and a beard - who helped us a couple of times with an issue that my friend was having with her iPhone. He was also extremely helpful. These guys are really good people and I would highly recommend them.”

“I always went to the O'Reilly Montgomery store and had a wonderful service. they are very helpful.I went to the new lake Conroe store to look for some fuses ( I didn't know which one I need. I ask for help and the man there told me he couldn't help me unless I knew what I need. It was other man on the phone and no more clients. He was rude with the answer and turn his back to do something else. I won't back to that store again. I hope they get better help as the Montgomery store one.
