“After much frustration with AT & T on the phone, we came into the AT & T store in Montgomery, TX. The young man, AJ, was eager to help us. Within about 7 minutes, he figured out what the problem was and also how to fix it. He was so patient through this process, and were so impressed with how friendly, efficient, and helpful AJ was. It was refreshing to have our issue resolved FINALLY! We cannot thank AJ enough.”
