“Nick, is a great guy & very helpful I was having a meltdown over this stupid iPhone I locked myself out of well actually anger rage. Nick just keep talking to me try to explain to me what had happened & yes he even had to raise his voice at me in a very plot manner in order for me to hear him. This man went out of his way even offered to give me my money back but I said no because it was not his fault at all. He just happened to be the one standing in front of me because of course got to blame somebody right!!! Wrong it was all my fault.
