“Perfect service from the moment I entered the store until I left. I had 2 phones I needed to change numbers on. Both existing Boost Mobile accounts, one a new phone I bought from a friend after dropping old one in water and another that battery was bad but I had another, older phone I could use for that number. The gentleman in the store walked me through various options in case I wanted a new phone, etc. Ultimately I simply kept both phones I had in hand when I came in. I may eventually upgrade but not now. He moved both numbers very quickly, without issue. I of course had to pay a nominal fee to get that done but it was reasonable. Very polite, informative but not trying to upsell, technically proficient and efficient implementing what I decided on. Maybe 15 mins total time in store. I couldn't have asked for more. I've been with Boost for decades. No reason to change and it's nice having a brick and mortar store close by.”

“Outstand help. Beyond all. Prices about the same as Walmart. But Walmart has zero help if something goes wrong. Cricket itself messed up if your old phone is lost, stolen, or completely inoperative. But these guys spent over TWO HOURS over 2 days getting around this obstacle. Thanks. Advantage at Walmart is cheap insurance.”
