“I absolutely cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Our journey started in Sept when the transmission in my wife's Tahoe bit the dust. Every interaction with Mr. Jim was beyond expectation, from the first call to the day we picked it back up. He is a genuinely wonderful person to work with. A few weeks ago the trans started having a minor issue so we brought it in. Mr. Jim found a manufacturing issue and got everything handled for us. Family Auto really is a rarity these days. First time going to this shop. Went in for an oil change/fuel filters and was able to bring my own filters where some other shops push oem products. I enjoyed chatting with the fellas about the oil. You can tell they know their stuff and do the research. Nice to have them close to the house so I’ll be back again.”
