“Brought my newly purchased VW Atlas into the shop after stumbling upon the site. All honesty, I googled repair shops near me and found ABR. I called to set an appointment and made my way in to the shop this afternoon. I will say that I scheduled an appointment for 1PM and was unable to connect with a service coordinator till about 2:30 due to my lack of time management, and the shop was still accommodating and made the entire process effortless. I found out my vehicle had a surplus of fluid leaks due to the negligence of the dealer I bought it from. ABR showed me the photos, walked me through what I was looking at and what the process would entail both labor-wise and financially. From there Jordan presently handed me options on what to do next and allowed me the time to situate those steps without any pressure or stress.
Even though my vehicle has warranty from the dealer, I would absolutely only take my vehicles here from now on purely on the basis of the communication, transparency and validity of the work that ABR does. I had no idea what issues I was walking in with, but left feeling wholly equipped to take on the damage because of Jordan and his education and wisdom.”

“I know how to work on cars. I did that when I was in college. Now I choose not to. Rusty's Garage will not B.S. you and they basically take ownership regarding the care of your car. What I mean is, they check everything and tell you what you need today and what can wait and they're honest. I know this because I usually know what's broken when I take my car in for service and in 4 decades, this is the first shop that has been spot on about everything and truthful. They don't make the job bigger than it actually is. The rest of the guys out there working on cars, want you to tell them what's wrong and they only fix that and then you have no idea on what else may be going on. And oh..by the way Rusty gives you a warranty on all their work even if you're out of town including reimbursement for a hotel stay if you're out of town and your car fails due to any work they've done. Plus a car wash..I have to stop now because it's almost too good to be true. But it is and I will not take our cars anywhere else.”
