“Went to Mt. Pleasant 3 times today looking to buy a refrigerator. No one even tried to help me the first two times, and the lady the last time couldn't explain GE pricing. Stainless was higher than white, that I was looking to buy. Lowe's made a $1100.00 sale. Just don't understand lack of personal service.”

“I live about 20 miles from this store and come here often. There is an employee in a wheelchair who most often there when I am. He is very knowledgeable and is always so very kind to me and my 91 year old father. My father said he has been there for years and always gives the best service. Our family appreciates him and hope you do, also.”
