“Love this harbor freight. Every time I’ve come here for a large item other harbor frights are out of they’ve had it every time. Staffs helpful and gets me out pretty quickly each time.”
“It may sound simple, but McCoy’s consistently delivers great products and excellent service. This is where you should go for lumber instead of the big-box stores. The staff knows what they’re doing, and you’re far more likely to get straight, usable boards without repeated trips or wasted material. Highly recommend.”
“The guys are a great help. If they do not have something in the store that I typically have to buy from a different establishment then they will do their best to order it and keep it in stock. Also when I have had to be out of town and stop at different air gas locations; many of those people have not been very helpful and I have had to get in contact with the Mount Pleasant store and they have always taken care of it over the phone for me. The Mount Pleasant location is definitely the best one I've ever been to and the guys there truly go out of their way to help you.”
“We just had the absolute best customer service from Amy & Doug at the Mt. Pleasant, Texas Home Depot!!!! Home Depot needs more employees like them. They both are valuable assets to this company and their team! Thank you!!!!!”

“I shopped the Mount Pleasant store and received excellent customer service from every associate in the store! Omar took the time to help find what we were looking for! At least 5 people asked to help load our large lumber purchase! I am so pleased that I will now only shop at that location! Shout out to Omar and Jessica and several others that I did not get names for!”
“A young man, Elijah was very helpful with loading boards. He was actually working on a different task and stopped what he was doing to help. Very nice respectful young man.”
