“Picked up TV, they were Johnny on the spot! I drove up. The lady stepped out the door and verified my name and returned with help to load a gigantic tv into my pickup. Absolutely the best service I've ever seen at any Walmart. Very much improved from my typical 2 or occasional 3 star rating!”
“Nice place to visit and find little trinkets and small things like decorated paper to write on and pens, dishes, toys, desktop utensils, organizers, Japanese dish items like food, candy. All the items in the store are made in Japan. Lots of items you wouldn't expect to find or were not looking for, stuffed toys, etc.. New items introduced daily priced very low.”

I visited this store for a return and from the time I walked through the door to the time I left with the refund, was about 12 minutes! Friendly, helpful, FAST and well organized. I was not looking forward to this trip but the staff eased the stress and made me a customer for life. No more online shopping at Kohl's - I'm going to the store!!!”
“I come with lists from the app. Everything that is supposed to be in stock is, at the price noted, although sometimes there is little inventory left, and it's in some way damaged. Bent packaging. okay. But seal broken, should be removed from inventory. I do wish that, as a supercenter, they had more multipacks or larger packs of goods available.”
“Wow. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nathan at the Kohl’s Amazon return desk was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a long line and a lot of pressure, he stayed calm, professional, welcoming, and an amazing problem-solver. Even after I messed up my return, he fixed everything in minutes. He made me feel comfortable and respected. Kohl’s should recognize him .
What really stood out was how he treated every customer with kindness—making eye contact, greeting people with “Good evening,” and ending with “Have a good night” and a smile. Even when he had to step away to put boxes aside, he communicated clearly and kindly.
This kind of customer service is rare. Nathan has excellent problem-solving skills, great memory, and a wonderful attitude.

“Ive been coming to this location since it opened and I am never disappointed! I have gotten great deals on women's and children's clothing and shoes! I love looking at their glass display items especially handbags! Their inventory is always stocked with a wide variety and prices so low you can't help but indulge! Almost every time I've picked up a clearance item there's been an additional markdown from the ticket price!”

“This was the most picture perfect Walmart I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of Walmarts across the states, the merchandise manager needs to be promoted to head of merchandising in the company, every product was label forward and pulled to the front. It made me very happy to see people take pride in their work in a society that is ever drifting away from that.”

“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down ! “I found out about this place on Black Friday. I met one of the employees named Claudia and she told us about this store. We came out with 3 full bags of really great finds !!! “I love shopping Walmart. It’s affordable. I remember when I saw my first Walmart. It was the year 1970. I was 10 year old. My family traveled to Arkansas during the summer. We pass through Bentonville Arkansas. It was before Walmart went public. In the 90’s I saw Walmart in Shreveport La. I was a single mom. It was affordable. I knew Sam Walton mission. Affordability. His family went shopping in an upscale high store. They were snobbed. Sam Walton was determined to complete with high end stores by making shopping affordable for everyone. I known about Walmart 55 years. I’m 65 now. I’m a loyal customer.”

“Great workers! I recieved wonderful help today fron a woman. I so wish i asked her name since she was amazing. I asked her about hair products and body lotions and she was super knowledgavle especially about hair care. I just know she was in the hair/lotion area today at around 1:30 pm. Name started with a j I am pretty sure based on her name tag but it was faded. But she was great and the product i bought with her help is definitely something i am buying over and over and over since it was a mousse and the best i have used. Great selection!”

“Just wow. Walmart can have a reputation of being disorganized and cluttered, or messy. The Walmart in Rowlett is none of those things. Well organized, clean, helpful staff, plus the Walmart prices and convenience that keep you returning . I have been to many Walmart, but if I had to pick only one to return to, this Walmart in Rowlett would be the one.”

“Can I complain that this Walmart’s too big? Well, I am. Not always a bad thing since they have more selection than other Super Walmarts. But they don’t have some items/brands we usually buy. Mostly they’re out of stock. Also it’s inconvenient to have to walk do far from the Produce to the Health Care section, when we’re in a hurry to shop & go. Their layout is different than other Super Walmarts like in Sachse & Wylie too. This is a Walmart for taking time to shop & not a grab & go.”
