She helped me pick out a jacket, some dress pants, shirts and a couple ties for my new job and was so kind and helpful. My fiance amd I are from NY and are new to Dallas. She made us feel welcome to Texas and told us about tons of things to do and some restaurants to check out. I would have given 10 stars.”

“I did have to be patient for a employee to come to the area I needed sporting goods should always have a employee in it for licenses and things that are sold in that department when someone needs help I then had to wait on the machine to change my license but still did not print out the way I wanted it to be accurate but it is accurate in the system when it gets scanned I had other questions and things but I had to go I do like that the employee who came is knowledgeable about that department thank you I give her 5vstars I typically give myself 5 stars at self checkout since most the guests do their own work bagging checking out etc that I like employees to do because it's jobs for the economy and helps people who need to have a job to pay to live I do not like self checkouts and invisible ghost riders on the maintenance equipment and other things that have replaced peoples jobs to me it's not the same walton way I did like when there was more cans and zme and department managers and more salary management I feel like guests were taken care of more and faster so they could go be more productive for other responsibilities I don't like that they summer up management and employees the ten foot rule I have not seen done in a long time I am glad the door employees are checking receipts and that self check out employees don't treat everyone like they are theives they usually act rude and do does the cosmetic employees when they check people out it's not our fault everything behind glass and we need their assistance they act so bothered to have to unlock something for a guests I remember the days when csns would get people to help the elderly and disabled people with their groceries to their vehicles we need those days every day”
“This is a great pharmacy. We fill prescriptions for 3 people in our family. They are always super knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Lawrence, Angel and Eziel are terrific. They get to know you, and if there is any issue, they solve it immediately. I moved from CVS to Walmart Neighborhood, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Love the staff!”
“I got my first pair of bifocal glasses two years ago. I wanted a new pair but was lost and confused. Myra at the vision center took time to explain things to me and helped me pick the perfect pair. She even noticed that my first pair weren’t done right. She asked me if I have to lift my glasses or lower my face when reading. I said OMG yes I do. She said it’s because your bifocal squares are in the wrong position. And she made sure my new pair would be right. She was awesome!”

“Wow. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nathan at the Kohl’s Amazon return desk was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a long line and a lot of pressure, he stayed calm, professional, welcoming, and an amazing problem-solver. Even after I messed up my return, he fixed everything in minutes. He made me feel comfortable and respected. Kohl’s should recognize him .
What really stood out was how he treated every customer with kindness—making eye contact, greeting people with “Good evening,” and ending with “Have a good night” and a smile. Even when he had to step away to put boxes aside, he communicated clearly and kindly.
This kind of customer service is rare. Nathan has excellent problem-solving skills, great memory, and a wonderful attitude.
