“We had a really great experience here. The salespeople are not commission based, so they weren't high pressure at all, which was greatly appreciated. They let us wander the store and remained available to answer questions without pushing. We went in for a bedroom set and ended up leaving with bedroom and living room set. They are also very affordable and much of their furniture is locally made. We left here very, very happy.”

The level of service and assistance I received from Abe at Posh Lighting allowed me to select my lighting in less than 24 hours. Abe is very knowledgeable and truly takes the time to make sure the customer is happy. His prices are very competitive and he knows his products and understands scale and design - something I found lacking in other stores. “Ordered two items for pick up because they were not available at my local stores. Drove nearly 3 hours one way to pick it up only to find one of the items cancelled (even though they had 3 perfectly fine ones on the shelf) and the other was an extremely damaged item that they wrapped and tapped up in paper. It’s the large raven on their website that is literally missing a whole leg.
Updated: got a call that they were sending me a new one to my home address!!!”

“Visited Dallas area this weekend from Houston and went here with my friend. I literally had just been to Target that morning and spent 153 dollars on skincare and clothes. My friend wanted to run by deal grabber to get some things for her upcoming newborn, and they literally had half the things I just bought from Target half price. Some of the items seem to be overstock, returned items, or damaged items. This is not a problem to me but may be to others, but they do advertise as is. It’s just like Marshalls, make sure you really check items out. They had a ton of baby items and furniture. The two ladies were very polite and I would return! Thank you.”
“I bought a TORO chainsaw from the center, after a few cuts the saw stopped. I called the center and after a day Alonso called me back and diagnosed the issue. I sent the battery and charger for further diagnosis .Alonso founf battery was faulty and sent out another one.even after 30 days from purchase they solved the problem without sending me to the wilderness of manufacture warranty. Great service highly recommend. RS”

“Cute little store in downtown Wylie. They had quite a lot of kitchen type items including spices and seasonings and more. In fact, I bought some miniature spatulas with metal handles that I am always needing. They had gift type items, candles, etc. I stopped by when they had just moved so don't think their full inventory was out just yet. Love downtown Wylie and browsing cute stores so will definitely be back.”

Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.
