“Shay was amazing today. I got a call from my heart doctor within 30 minutes of them closing and I was so concerned that I wouldnt be able to get it done today because they all close at 5pm. I told Shay what was going on and she didn't hesitate to fit me in at the end of her day to get the bloodwork to my doctor that was STAT. I am so thankful for her today I can't thank her enough. Will definitely be back to this location.”

“The lady there is so nice I will update when I find out her name but she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Everyone knows it is kind of hard to pee on command sometimes. But they make it easier by making sure you are comfortable and ready. I’ve been coming here for a while and I recommend anyone else to come here as well they do an amazing job and they are very quick.”

“Got my new animals tested from the show and I am happy with the results. You are required to use their swabs and follow their collection guidelines or they can not guarantee the results. That other reviewer is mad because she didn't follow instructions and used her own swabs instead of the ones required. Its really not that hard to follow a basic set of instructions.”

“KK (not sure if initials or spelled out name) was fantastic. I'm a very hard stick. My own doctor won't touch me and I've had to have pediatric nurses get blood from me as I have small scarred veins (I can only use one arm due to a prior procedure). I had two different mobile phlebotomists, one who tried five times and no blood and the second who had to draw from my hand. I let KK know this in advance. She spent a good minute plus searching for the right place. I felt zero when she inserted the needle and my four vials went fast. That is rare. Only one other phlebotomist in the last 11 years has been able to do that. I told her I wanted to hire her for any future work I need! She's very direct and to the point and does her job. Love this. Hope she stays at this location always or I'll follow her to another one!”

“Came for a drug test for new employment, and I’m not gonna lie, I was a little wary considering the reviews. However, that wasn’t the case! I arrived and easily checked in on the tablets. There was only one other person there so my wait wasn’t long at all. I was in and out of here in about 20mins. Staff was friendly as well!”
“I had the best attention and care today getting my (multiple vials) of blood drawn. I love that I can just drop in and see if you have availability - most times you do or tell me when the best time to come back. My HMO requires me to use Quest. No Problem. Two thumbs up.”

Today though I had to write a review for Marlene the person who took my blood earlier today.
Very professional from the beginning to the very end. She asked and verified all the information, showed me all the labels and if they were accurate, etc...
And finally I think she is the best person who took blood from me. Amazing! I didn't feel almost anything.
