Every time blood is drawn, I am squeezing my stomach with my hands and looking away. I went in there, on this week, and was able to breathe will she inserted the needle. I can't believe it. “From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.
For anyone reading this online, I would like to share some personal feedback about this company. SurScan offers excellent customer service; they respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. I have had a positive experience overall with SurScan, and I appreciate their professionalism.

“Apparently the online site lets you book an appointment past their normal lab hours however the front desk lady was very nice and let me do my orders that luckily weren’t anything crazy. She was incredibly sweet the entire time which is a great experience considering she didn’t have to help me! Wish I had grabbed her name while I was there, can’t thank them enough!!!”

“Everybody's complaining about how long it took, well you don't think you should of made an appointment? I walked in 1 min before my appointment time and there was 8 other people sitting there, I got called my exact time. Its really not that hard to call and make an appointment. No, its not a real person but its 2025 who cares? Does it bother you that much? It was so easy and fast to make an appointment and I got in less than 24 hours!! They were very gentle and fast and super nice :)”

“I did a lot of research on which location to visit as I saw so many negative reviews at different Labcorp's. I checked in way ahead of schedule and did not have to wait long at all. I have small veins and have trouble giving blood so I always have the expectation I might have some issues. I also was a Combat Lifesaver in the military and had to learn about giving people IV's so I understood what you look for in picking a vein. The first lady I met was very nice and kind. A vein just didn't want to reveal itself in the prime location and after she did find one, there just wasn't enough blood flow (I had 20 tests) so she kindly let me know she'd rather not keep testing and escalated to another gentlemen. I very much respected and appreciated that she did that. The gentlemen who came in was also very nice and kind. He ran into the same issue and opted to go a bit lower on my arm, and I totally understood that. I felt I was treated with the utmost care and I appreciate both of them, especially considering my small veins and huge blood draw. Chatting with them felt like chatting with friends. Thank you!!”

Very friendly and professional and the office was clean and well organized. Not sure if this place is under new management but everyone was nice including the lady at the front desk. Very professional from the beginning to the very end. She asked and verified all the information, showed me all the labels and if they were accurate, etc...
And finally I think she is the best person who took blood from me. Amazing! I didn't feel almost anything.
