“Amazing professional services and expertise in diagnosis especially I tried Ali (the owner) in most complex issues in Audi which is rare outside the dealership. Ali was professional in fixing my car and in a short time compared to the dealership. Of course the prices are competitive and affordable and genuine parts were used . “My Transmission was stuttering, which is common for that Transmission only had 50,000 miles on it. I took it to an AAMCO which is supposed to be a reputable Transmission shop I knew my transmission was still good and strong. The guy told me I needed a whole new transmission for $9000. I Called Chad he laughed when I told him what the other guy said he explain to me why my Transmission was doing what it was doing. I took it to him. He changed the transmission fluid, put a higher quality fluid in it and told me I would probably get at least 20,000 more miles out of it and told me if that did not fix it. There was a kit that he could put in it that would surely fix it. I highly recommend Mccoy‘s transmission. Chad is honest explained everything in detail had my truck ready when he said he would. It’s been driving like a brand new one since.”
