“A few years ago before Christmas I was on a DoorDash order and encountered an object in the highway by 365- I avoided it as best I could because I was afraid to hit it with a tire and it was small enough to drive over, but it damaged something and caused a leak.
After paying for towing to my local mechanic in Nederland they told me they couldn't help me but maybe TMS could, and I used the last of my money (that was meant for my electric bill) to have it towed to them and they told me it was a small leak that they could easily weld for free. FOR FREE!
I told myself I'd somehow try to repay them when I was less broke and, well, I haven't gotten there yet, but my insomniac brain just reminded me of this and I wanted to post it. They really saved my whole family!”
“Below is a review that I gave this Body Shop after bringing my car in for repair. I had only given them two Star's for the work the did for me. Today I'm changing their rating. Before I had put too much weight on the way the car looked after they repaired it. Looks can be deceiving. The car had been totaled. And they did the work to take it out of that status; they restored the vehicle to a usable state. They took care of both the physical and mechanical issues caused by the accident. Was the car beautiful after the repairs? No! But it doesn't look like a totaled car either.”

The transmission shifter linkage on my Camry broke. I had it towed to De Jean Automotive. The front office, Tobi and Kristy, were very cordial and helpful. Tyler was the tech that worked on it seems to have done well with the repair because I drove home without any indication that it ever had a problem. The repair cost was considerably less than a dealer would charge. I plan to go there for future service.

I stopped in to inquire about a brake fluid flush and a power steering fluid flush thinking I should have scheduled an appointment for the service. They did the service the same day, the price was reasonable, I met Chris the co-owner and the office staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I will be back the next time I need service on our cars.”

“This place I will recommend all day long to everyone. If you're looking for new tires they have a really good selection at an affordable price and if you're looking for a used tire this is definitely the go to place. I took my father along for the ride (77yrs old) and he leaves no stone unturned if you know what I mean. We get there at 11:00 am sharp and there's a few people ahead of us but the guys are working hard and people are starting to pull in behind us...after a few minutes it's our turn and my father sees one of the mechanics rolling a random tire around and thinks it's for my car and asks the gentleman "is that for us??? Tread looks worn?" Embarrassed I asked my father if he would please let the guys work because they're busy...well the used tire is on my car and the nice mechanic wants us to look at the replacement tire and it's a Goodyear tire that's probably only had about 1000 miles wear on a 20,000 mile tire. He was really good with my dad and even aired up my spare for me. So all in all I'm very pleased with this family owned and operated business and I urge everyone to support this locally owned business.”

“I bought an Interstate battery from these people, which are a relatively newer Interstate dealer in February. I’ve been using Interstate batteries now for 30+ years from the longtime Beaumont dealer. The battery started failing in early April (less than 2 mos old) I paid these guys a premium price to come to my house to install (battery + installation) as I had just had surgery….and when I call them they immediately start trying to blame something other than their battery! I had my truck checked…(3.5 yrs old) ….ZERO draw on the battery when not running…and alternator pumping 14.3 amps when running! So since when are you supposed to accept a battery that loses charge just from sitting in the driveway??? It left me stranded twice and after tellin the guy to get me a new battery (a big reason I buy Interstate batteries is because of their reliability and warranty!) he says he’s under staffed and can’t go get me one at the moment!Kept putting me off…after I kept charging it up and it not holding a charge for long(Second time I brought it in ) He said he didn’t have another one like mine in stock, and would have to go to Beaumont to get one, but was too busy to do that at the time! I told him that’d I’d go to get the replacement battery myself from their “sister dealer” in Beaumont who I’d never had an issue with! I got there, explained my situation, he understood my issue and gave me a new replacement battery (uninstalled) so I bring it to Mid County (30+ mile drive) and he tells a guy to swap it out…which he did in 5 minutes! We leave and when I get home, the guy calls crying about I owe him $105 for labor for swapping out the battery…HIS bad battery!!! (Remember, I paid a premium price for them to come to my house to install battery initially AND I drove 30+ miles to retrieve new battery for him!) Brought truck to Midcounty Alternator and had it checked…. again…battery was bad…NO draw from anything on truck when not running and 14.3 amps coming from alternator when running and the guy still wants to claim that battery is good!!! They LIED and think people are stupid! He tried to blame a hot lead from my stereo but that stereo lead has been in my truck since it was 6 mos old and that original battery lasted 3.5 years with it and never had this problem! These people are a joke and dishonest and I’ll never use them again…EVER!!!”

“Mr. Pena was very thorough while replacing my wheel bearings on my 2020 infiniti q50. He noticed that whoever I went to before him, had changed my brakes and rotors and didn't put everything back as it should've been, and he promptly fixed it and let me know. He sent me before and after pictures of the work, and was even able to get me in and out same day. Pricing was more than fair. Ill be recommending everyone I know to him.”
