“I’m from out of town and visited this store. I was very impressed with this store. It was very neat and clean. Most Dollar General stores have merchandise all over and it’s hard to maneuver up and down the isles. The staff was working hard on unloading the truck , but were still being very attentive to customers.”

When I walk in the door, I'm welcomed with ay first name included in the greeting. Local and very convenient, only 6/10s mile from home... Family Dollar is across the street.”
“The Store on Main Ave here in Groves, Tx can be a little bit more clean. They have a good selection but run out easily on certain items. They can get you in & out quickly tho.”
“Fantastically clean, incredibly friendly staff, and amazingly convenient for us LaBelle residents. It can save anybody here a trip over the bridge or to Beaumont. Have pretty much everything except for physically large houseware items, and fresh produce/meat. So if you need anything else besides that check there first. They probably have it, and at prices comparable to HEB/Walmart.”
“This is my most favorite location!! This store is bigger and well stocked. Most employees know me when I walk in. I prefer this family dollar to any other one. Organized, easy to find items, employees are always helpful and great atmosphere!”

“I didn't find everything I was looking for, but the location is the only one I can find the airtight container that is able to hold 20+ lbs with the magnets on the lid. And it's only 12 bucks and keeps cigarettes dry and fresh I love it but I only found it here so I like it”

“Dollar generals have been popping up everywhere lately mostly in rural areas.. I stopped at this one because it was close by, and nobody else is around the area, and to my amazement, they were well stocked with cheap prices. Definitely change my mind about dollar generals and I plan on continuing to shop there”
“The staff is always nice and helpful and the place is always really clean, but there are three lines but only one is ever open I don't think it is their fault necessarily but they need more staff”

“I usually go the one by my house on college or the big one further down on 11th BUT after my last 2 shopping experience at this location I will start using this family dollar. The employees are great, helpful, understanding, etc. Out of all the stores like family dollar and all the family dollars around me I don't experience that! Its true that customer service is one of the TOP things to keep having customers come back. I live less than 2 miles from 2 other family dollars and this one is about 15 mins from me I just happened to be on that side of town. But after my 2 experiences recently and I even told the 2 cashiers this... I will drive the 15 mins to get that kind of service rather than go to one closer and deal with rude, obnoxious employees that literally roll their eyes when customers come in.

“Love how organized this place is they just really go above and beyond great customer service as well. Staff is always attentive, well trained and courteous. They really need to either expand this one or put another one close by because they can't keep product on shelves due to high volume not at all their fault they just attract so many more than other stores near by.”
