“Fantastically clean, incredibly friendly staff, and amazingly convenient for us LaBelle residents. It can save anybody here a trip over the bridge or to Beaumont. Have pretty much everything except for physically large houseware items, and fresh produce/meat. So if you need anything else besides that check there first. They probably have it, and at prices comparable to HEB/Walmart.”

“I didn't find everything I was looking for, but the location is the only one I can find the airtight container that is able to hold 20+ lbs with the magnets on the lid. And it's only 12 bucks and keeps cigarettes dry and fresh I love it but I only found it here so I like it”
“Of the four Dollar General's I shop, this 1 on Major Dr., 1 @ upper College/Hwy90, 1 @ Phelan Ave. cross road from Market Basket, and 1 on Dowlen in small strip mall after Gladys, this one is best ALL-ROUND! Loses 1 star for bathroom upkeep. **extra info. 1 in Groves-Port Arthur in Jefferson City Shopping Center on Twin City Hwy/Stadium Dr. and 32nd St. is the largest and has the most diverse amount of products to be found, a great help at Christmas, or anytime! “So close and convenient for when I need to run and get that little something. Birthday cards and decorations, milk, bread, eggs, cheese, pizza, spaghetti o’s, snacks, cookies, chips and dip, muffin mix, quick cheap toys, bathroom air fresheners, dishwasher soap, etc. they carry some name-brand stuff but in more manageable sizes than bigger stores so you actually get what you need and save some money. Love this place and the staff is always courteous and helpful!”

“Dollar General on College was a great little trip I went in to get $50 steam card.They had only 3 $20 cards so I took them really nice polite young lady named Asia waited on me $60 came up I put my debit card in it accepted then rejected it boom bam.we had to get the manager she came & straighten it up quickly seems one of the cards was bad.Oh yeah they have 95 percent of the coolers up & running”
“dollar general is great when you don't have time to go to Wal-Mart and you sort of need a variety of things its like a mini department store that you can get in and out of quickly. They have clothes groceries toys school things household products just everything I love it”

“I usually go the one by my house on college or the big one further down on 11th BUT after my last 2 shopping experience at this location I will start using this family dollar. The employees are great, helpful, understanding, etc. Out of all the stores like family dollar and all the family dollars around me I don't experience that! Its true that customer service is one of the TOP things to keep having customers come back. I live less than 2 miles from 2 other family dollars and this one is about 15 mins from me I just happened to be on that side of town. But after my 2 experiences recently and I even told the 2 cashiers this... I will drive the 15 mins to get that kind of service rather than go to one closer and deal with rude, obnoxious employees that literally roll their eyes when customers come in.

“I've been living here since they opened and they have never had nice helpful employees. It looks like that has finally changed. Two young boys working the evening shift and a lady who works during the day were all extremely nice and went out of there way to help me with what I needed. I hope they stay. I only live a mile away so it I go there often. There attitudes and excellent customer service make all the difference. Im only giving it 4 stars bc half of there shelves were empty.”
“I have enjoyed this store since they added a second store on Concord and Lucus. I always find what I need right now or later. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable of the store. The store is always clean and stocked. I have received many compliments on some of the clothing I have bought from there. This store is a must come see for yourself. But beware if you are handicapped there is only one handicap cart. Plus parking is not located near entrance. The other Roses store has one plus a wheelchair with a cart attached.”
“Ok...We all know how every Dollar General layout looks, and feels. It's a Dollar General, folks! Don't expect a bunch of organization, or meaning... You usually go in for cheap prices, and every now and again, you are pleasantly surprised! Today was that day, and this was that location!! They were in the process of unpacking a shipment, but let me tell you, the staff in this location are ALL kind, helpful, and just sooo funny!! I didn't mind the mess, these ladies were pleasant and fun, while tackling a huge shipment! I'll definantly be back! Great experience!”

When I walk in the door, I'm welcomed with ay first name included in the greeting. Local and very convenient, only 6/10s mile from home... Family Dollar is across the street.”
