“On January 20th I arrived at the mall to pick up an order that was shipped to this store, but before I could even step foot inside I smashed my finger in the car door. I didn't think it was that bad so I made my way to the store but quickly realized just how bad it really was when I started crying from the pain. The two ladies who were there made sure to take care of me and were so helpful and kind even as I was ugly sobbing right before they closed. I sincerely appreciate all the help and patience they had for me. I got my shoes with no issues and left feeling a tad better because of them.”
“Had my size, easy to see shoe display, and sectioned off for easy to find areas. Something for anyone & everyone. Never have enough open registers, so expect long wait time at check-out, EVERY TIME. Good sales and average shopping experience one would expect at Academy.”
