“The store is always stocked There restrooms are cleaned They have carts available that actually work This place is always packed. The only reason why they are getting 4 stars is because they never have workers available. The workers that are here they are usually on their phone, or chitchatting somewhere all the way in the back by the wood or back aisles to avoid actual customers.”
“It’s Harbor Freight, what more is there to say? Brand new location, really feels too nice to be a HF. Seems very well run with fully stocked shelves, friendly staff. Only downside is the entrance is a little tricky getting into, not the most accessible location. But that can’t be changed, so 5/5.”
“Called needing an uncommon pipe fitting along with a few there weee more common. They answered the phone promptly, were friendly and very helpful. Upon arriving at their store I was helped almost immediately where my requests were filled and multiple options were given for the uncommon items they did not stock. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs in Rosenberg. I’ll be back when the need arises.”
