“It’s Harbor Freight, what more is there to say? Brand new location, really feels too nice to be a HF. Seems very well run with fully stocked shelves, friendly staff. Only downside is the entrance is a little tricky getting into, not the most accessible location. But that can’t be changed, so 5/5.”

They were serving brisket sandwiches and had games to play with planned in advance cause I knew about the activity because I’m an awards member where we brought our three year-old granddaughter with us and she enjoyed the visit. We found what we needed and got 20% off of everything.”

Upon arriving at their store I was helped almost immediately where my requests were filled and multiple options were given for the uncommon items they did not stock. Jeremy took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and helped me find the correct CPVC cap for my water heater. I initially thought I needed a 1/2-inch fitting, but he explained why a 3/4-inch CPVC cap was the proper size. He even tested it on the piece of pipe I brought from home to confirm the fit. “The store is always stocked There restrooms are cleaned They have carts available that actually work This place is always packed. The only reason why they are getting 4 stars is because they never have workers available. The workers that are here they are usually on their phone, or chitchatting somewhere all the way in the back by the wood or back aisles to avoid actual customers.”
