They welcomed us to come over, and upon inspection, the issue was identified. Although they couldn't provide a solution to the problem, they plugged and aired the tire, enabling us to drive to the nearest tire shop. The staff was courteous and made an effort to assist us without charge. I appreciate the efforts of the front desk personnel.”
