Very personable employees, knowledgeable employees, kind, helpful, focus on saving money instead of making a buck. More hardware options than big box stores, conveniently located near a home area. Smaller store, no big crowds, specializes in thoseparts. Back a number of times, love old school wonderful. Already have been back a number of times, will continue to choose this store over big box places. Excellent hardware store. It's smaller so you don't have to deal with big crowds if you've had a home in this area for long time.
