The Home Depot in Wylie is a store stocked with tools, paint, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, gardening supplies, and everything needed to fix things around the house or tackle projects big or small. Reviews note its prices are a little high but generally find the price and quality acceptable. Feedback on staff is mixed. Many customers report a helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly crew that provides expert advice, goes the extra mile, and creates a welcoming environment, with specific praise for the paint department. However, some experiences mention employees who ignored customers or seemed unfriendly, while others felt personnel needed more product training. Despite this, many find the team ready to help and make projects easier, with one customer choosing this location specifically for its service.
We just want to give a shout out to Dakota who was working in paints today August 20th at the Wylie Home Depot as well as Darlene who was working in the chain area. Both ladies deserve a raise thank you for the excellent customer service

My go to Home Depot! They always have good customer service. Just today Michael helped me load up my concrete stones without being asked. Very friendly and professional!
