“I was traveling through town when, my check engine light came on and began to loose power in my 2018 RAM 3500. I called many of the local shops asking if they could help. I got no help until I spoke to Ryan at DPS. Ryan was able to get me in late in the afternoon to run the diagnostic. Colton ran the diagnostic and together we came up some potential problems to address. We determined the best and least expensive fix may be to change out the fuel filters. That following morning Colton changed out the filters and the problem was fixed. I was able to tow my 42' fifth wheel home to Ft. Worth with no issues. Ryan and Colton were great to work with and knowledgeable about diesels. I highly recommend DPS.”

“I showed up after 8p with a flat tire. I wasn’t strong enough to remove the lug nuts so Chase came out and tackled it for me. He went ahead and put on the spare and loaded my damaged tire in the trunk. He also set me up with a better torque wrench so I now have enough leverage to change my own tires. I hate playing the “damsel in distress”, so I really appreciate Chase selling me what I need to do the job myself!”

“OMGosh....I am so very impressed with this NAPA Parts Store. I accidently broke one of my front wiper blades & had to replace it. I was praying they could just repair in lieu of replacing it. They couldn't repair it...HOWEVER, management grabbed a new wiper from the shelf & immediately installed the new one....free of charge.
I couldn't believe it! With all the cost uncertainty in the nation, he chose to help me out, without cost. No doubt, I'll be going to this establishment for my vehicle concerns.

“The fellow working here really got my family out a jam when bad rains hit or campgrounds. A piece of the drive motor on our camper awning snapped in half. Huge local RV dealer across highway looked confused and told us they dont even carry replacement hardware for these roll out awnings which seems weird as hell considering all the RVs have them. Anyway, I showed up here on a hope and a prayer that he could help and he sure did. Super nice guy and he didn't hesitate to jump on it and help us out. He welded the broken part back together and we were on our way quickly. Can't thank him enough for what he did. And as a car guy myself I couldn't help but notice all the nice stuff he was working on in that shop. Good looking work. If I was a local I'd damn sure be using this place for some of my own auto needs.”
