“Daniel call me today at 10:26 am I'm just getting around to call him back about my part order at 2:30 pm, upon calling him back the receptionist answered the phone and when I asked for him she said he wasn't in today, and I told her he called me today, so I said you mean he's not in right now she said exactly, now correct me if I'm wrong but not being there today is not there right now is two separate things. It been almost two months form when the ordered the part, and have to deal with a receptionist that don't know if he's there or just not there right now, no he called me today I returned his call today only to tell me he's not there today. They do quality work but are not customer friendly, I have my toyota truck repaired there and I got a phone response saying it was ready but it was not, this happened three times, so don't listen to the automated recording telling you your car is ready, they need to get rid of that because it is not correct. Also I still don't have the part for my car.”
