“Evan was good to work with. He was polite and respectful when my wife was test driving cars but had to make a meeting on time. Overall the experience was slightly better than expected, which is good for any car dealership. We had a misunderstanding that extended the process by about an hour and a half, of which probably 25% was my own fault for being a little confused on the warranty stuff, which is needlessly and purposely confusing, so I put about 75% of that on them. But I did get a slightly lower percentage rate with their help, so that was nice. In all if you know exactly what you want and are aware of all the warranty and other packages they push I would expect you to spend 2 - 2.5 hours there. Because of the mixup the whole process took us about 4 hours, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. Has the potential to be as smooth of a process as buying a car could be, but there are definitely still hiccups and salesmanship.”

“I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt the need to write about my experience with these guys because rarely do I get such a pain-free experience like this. First off, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Everyone I talked to throughout my process were absolutely awesome. Steve handled most of the communication and did a fantastic job explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand but also detailed enough for me to feel comfortable with what I was getting done and what I was paying for. Everyone I talked to were not only helpful but friendly and made this one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. They go above and beyond without even batting an eye. Thank you guys so much for not only the quality of work you do, but how you go about doing it.

“Admittedly, we got off to a bit of a rough start with Walker Collision, but in the end, we met with the owner who was very pleasant to talk with and willing to make some adjustments and make it right in the end, and that's all we really want, a quality finish, so despite the delays and initial problems, end result was great. Highly recommend Walker Collision, the owner is very eager to make everyone a happy customer. This is a small, family-owned and family-operated business and they stand by their work. “I was initially referred to ATS by another mechanic in New Braunfels. Since that time I have brought my vehicles to Aaron on multiple occasions. On each occasion, he provided exceptional service and took time to explain the issue and resolution.
I had a situation where my vehicle was elsewhere. I called to ask a question and he immediately started thjnk about the issue and give advice over the phone. Once I had the vehicle back. I took it straight to his shop and ran quick diagnostic and we had a path forward.
Customer service is great. Prices are reasonable .”
