It is quite busy and you do need to do some paperwork wich can be done on line. It is important to know that you must schedule a appointment before you go in. Just call and they can set you up. They are very nice and will help you with any information needed.”

“My card had a fraud charge on it. I called in and Mona helped me and let me know that I could go into the branch and get an instant new debit card. She cancelled my old one and when I walked into the Hwy 46 location (which I don't think I have ever had to go inside) she greeted me like she knew who I was and immediately helped me to get a new card. Unfortunately, I could not get that card activated so I returned that afternoon and Mona asked Mary to help me. Mary was equally helpful and even called me after 5pm on Friday to make sure that the card was activated. By far the best customer service I have received from any business in a very long time. Now I know why I have been with this bank for over 20 years. Thank you ladies.”
“Vanessa Guerrero is the Branch Manager here. She has a nice office—but she works out front with the tellers, which speaks volumes. She said, “Hello, Mr. Farmer!” when I walked in today. “Marianne is the BOMB!!!!!! Real Customer Service that she offers. She let me work at my own pace when going through the loan process and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision I would regret. I'm so glad I was referred to Marianne because the other Banks I worked with were either too pushy desperate for a sale or as another Bank never could answer my questions. Marianne helped me by offering clarity and giving me advise when I wasn't sure about something. I have not had this type of service when working with a large purchase as a home loan and I can say I picked the right Bank and NO buyers remorse experience. Thank you Marianne! Also the other Bank employees that would answer the phone or email me. I don't remember names after calling them so much- you think I would- Well they offered the same Bomb customer service even when Marianne was not available. You got to meet the staff and let them help you with your banking needs. You will be glad you did.”

Brandi took great care of me and got everything completed correctly and done in one visit. She took the time necessary to get things done right, and saved us multiple trips to get my request resolved. I am VERY pleased with the service I received and will gladly return to this branch again even though I live out of town.”

“Great small town bank feel with all the modern banking technology I desire. I recently switched over my accounts from Wells Fargo to FCB. It is a nice change to see the same faces every time I walk in the bank. Plus they all remember my name! Also, on the business side, when I need a unique loan they make it very easy. The big banks have too much red tape for me. I am here to stay.”

“My wife and I were in need of a bank with great customer service, user friendly interfaces, and great rates. USAA was just no longer cutting it. We shopped around New Braunfels and found this PNC location. Needless to say, we found our bank! Every staff member was exceptional, knowledgeable, and downright friendly. We worked closely with this locations new manager, Chantel, and her colleague, Vanessa. These wonderful ladies set us up with all of our necessary accounts and got us the best savings rates in our area. Overall a great experience, phenomenal service, and that small town banking feel.”
