“I have been with CubeSmart on Walnut for about a month now and really love the modern interior and historical exterior of the office building. I have a climate controlled unit and it is always a very cool temperature, not a tepid ac like some climate control units I have had in the past. The unit was impeccably clean and there was even a little welcome bag that Chuck the office manager provided. He also responded promptly to my phone call when I needed to push my start date back a week. The contract process only took about ten minutes and the area around the facility is really nice, not sketchy. Overall I am really happy with my decision to use this CubeSmart and the location is in the center of the city, so it’s perfect for me. (Moving from one side of NB to the other.)”

“We have used JP and his staff for years! Business, personal - you name it, he has insured us and our family. JP and his staff have always treated us as family. Be honest, you don't call them just to talk, you call your insurance company when you are in need... and you need them NOW. This past week in the middle of the day I got a call from my married daughter who lives 4.5 hrs away. Her car wouldn't start. She had her 2 month old in the car... her 4 yr old was at daycare and needed to be picked up. Yes she called me. Her husband is a Dallas Fireman and was on duty. Soooo a daughter calls her mother! Due to covid you cannot rent cars it seems.... She needed to take care of her kids, get a tow truck, rent a car in a matter of time and alone. I called Farmers New Braunfels. Told Debbie the situation... hung up and in less than 5 minutes had Debbie return my call with a rental scheduled- in another town, at the rate of insurance. Boom! Unbelievable!!!! Thats just a normal day for Farmers Insurance in New Braunfels. Truth-insurance costs are whatever the Company sets the rates... but WHO services your insurance is what really matters. I am tickled Debbie - at almost 5 pm on her work day took the time to care what was happening to my family. Farmers Insurance JP Kesselring and Staff are my hero's!”

“I called Fred Loya on Saturday to get insurance to change my policy because mine was so high. I was paying $370 with Progressive and Fred Loya was able to offer me a policy for $140 a month! What a difference! I did not deal with the local office but I did call was put through to the Del Rio office. They were efficient quick and got the job done and got my insurance started that day and I had an ID card sent to me that day by email. Very fast thank you Fred Loya I appreciate you very much!”
