The only reason I won't give a full 5 stars is because when I've had issues in the past it took a week or better before anyone would contact me back. With hard workers like Jonathan I'm hoping that will change!”

I had previously gone to just about every other T-Mobile store in the area not being helped at all, and given completely different answers by all stores. I took one last chance and made a bit of a trip to this location. THEY GAVE ME THE BEST SERVICE! Kind and helpful while also being straightforward and clear. My situation was a bit of a tough one, but it was completely handled in the end all thanks to Miss Isabella. She legit sat on T-Mobile support line getting everything handled for me for about 30 minutes. I felt listened to and understood. Because of Miss Isabella and her amazing service, I will be coming to this specific store if I ever need any help again. THANK YOU SO MUCH MISS ISABELLA! “GVTC needs to allow customers to have Fiber Internet is some of its areas near posts. Most people now use Internet Service to Work from Home & business. Cable is secondary. It almost feels there is a Chomping on profits instead of investment back into the business because there are no Other wired internet providers. Yet, they dare to be where Ma'Bell won't even touch with a 6ft pole. Customer Service does what it can.”
