“5 stars to Dejvon literally working overtime by the time we finish it's Saturday 7pm for the 5G gateway internet. He was proficient to set up. But I have a hard time deciding what password and kept entering wrong. The iPad T-Mobile has issues connecting. So, he has to change to another one. But he never gets frustrated. But very very patient, thoroughly get thru and has empathy for older folks like myself. He is a wonderful and professional service provider. He deserves cash award for excellence service”

“The partners at this location were all so friendly, helpful, informative and a pleasure to work with. Customer support was top notch and all of my questions were answered when I upgraded my phone. I returned the next day with my sister and she upgraded her phone and added 2 lines with a promotion. The devices had to be shipped to her and they arrived within 3 days. Absolutely phenomenal fast shipping. Very pleased customers and definitely recommend.”

“Good service. My only issue here is the seating. There were many seniors in the waiting area with canes or walkers. Most were standing because the seats here are either too low (making them very difficult, and even dangerous, to get out of), or the tall bar-type stools that are impossible for these folks to climb onto. I have mentioned this to staff members many times, and they just shake their heads or shrug their shoulders and say that it's the way "Corporate" has designed the showroom.”

“Overall, it was a great experience.I had switched my mobile account to spectrum over the phone and went into the store to get new phones. The phone sales representative wasn't completely clear on the process and when they said I could go into the store that day and get new phones it wasn't exactly accurate.After being on the phone with spectrum for 30 mins and getting news that we would have to wait on our phones, Dylan, our in-store service rep, pulled some strings and my wife and I were able to walk out the door that day with new phones.My suggestion is to go into the store rather than call the spectrum sales number. If possible, ask for Dylan, he was very attentive and helped elevate our situation to get things done.And to boot, he even offered to put on cartoons for my crying daughter: stand up guy.5/5 - will definitely go there again.”
