“Went in to get a trailer tire blow out repaired a little pricey at $99 Just to change out a spare tire that ahead on the truck also and $18 surcharge for a "missing lug nut" I cannot confirm or deny that I was missing a lug nut but $18 for Used lug nut well go figure the in-and-out time was pretty fast they seemed very professional in kind the greatest experience was meeting the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life who Had a body to die for that was the receptionist her family is from Illinois which could be good For me one day hope I see you in Illinois young lady thank you for making my time that pleasant and given me the greatest I can be of all I would have paid a $118 for that Experience??????”

“Outstanding fit, the coating matches the bumper very well. and the camera works underneath the bar. The bar will obscure your front view in four-wheel-drive mode if you have a camera, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I could not be happier. I love the way this bar looks. It is one of the best looking bars out there and I have a little bit of deer protection. Installation was a snap. I started my truck and had it installed before the truck was warmed up. Great job boys!!”

“It was quick and friendly service, only needed an oil change. I told them I had a 10.00 off coupon for oil change he said ok, but never took off the 10.00 and the balance on the receipt did not match balance on CC receipt so I had to drive back and question it.They did give me a 10.00 refund but the difference in CC credit card receipt was that it’s a CC use charge. I told them that they need to inform their customers of this charge and provide a different option to pay.”

“Thank you for taking care of us! We had our truck at another shop in town for shifting issues. Not only did they lie to us about driving our truck, but they were trying to sell us a new transmission and torque converter for almost $12,000. Garland came very highly recommended and we brought our truck to them. They were very polite and up front about being busy and a couple of days out on a diagnosis. True to their word, a couple of days later they called to report that we had a bad brake light switch and wiring harness. They also stated they could not determine further issues without repairing these items because a side effect of their malfunction is shifting issues. We authorized the repair and got a call the next day informing us that the repair was completed and the truck was shifting fine. We picked it up and drove it all weekend with no further shifting issues. In fact, it shifts better! We appreciate Garland for being honest, prompt, and thorough in the analysis and repair. They turned a $12,000 nightmare into less than $500 repair. We appreciate you all!”
