About Prince Solms Inn
Prince Solms Inn is a beautiful, historic, and amazing small hotel in downtown New Braunfels, described as a hidden gem. Each room is unique, spacious, and very clean, with gorgeous decor and comfortable beds. Many rooms feature a wonderful walk-in shower. The service is top notch, extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, with staff providing a brief history of the inn and available amenities. The location is extremely convenient for walkability, being minutes from shopping and activities in both Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. The inn is right next to Muck & Fuss, a restaurant with excellent, specialty food items, and has a bar, Sidecar, in the basement. Sidecar offers wonderful signature and regular drinks, and has a great vibe with live jazz and classical music, though the music and talking from this popular bar can sometimes be heard in the rooms. Despite the bar, many guests find the inn to be very quiet, calm, and a superb place to relax. The inn also provides dedicated parking for guests. Overall, it is a cool spot and an experience you must have, highly recommended for a weekend or longer stay.
