The entire staff is wonderful but I’d especially like to acknowledge Lex and the adorable pharmacist with the UT glasses who wears her beautiful silver hair in a ponytail. They both have gone above and beyond to help me and my family with insurance issues by making calls on our behalf or helping locate a coupon when a Rx price was astronomical. I used to drive across town to another pharmacy after a negative experience at this CVS several years ago but returned when I had a sick kiddo and was in a pinch. Due to the efficiency, helpfulness, care, knowledge, and overall positive experience I stayed. All of these folks deserve a raise!”
