“Oh my goodness… this business is something truly special. They didn’t just detail a neglected 2002 Camry — they brought it back to life in a way that honestly moved me to tears. Seeing my Mother's old car restored with such care felt like watching a memory being given a second chance.

“I went to Christian brothers for my oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to also please check my battery and see if I had any issues. Anthony, my service advisor was very polite, knowledgeable, informative and kind. He sent a report to my email of what problems they found including pictures. There was a pic of a dirty cabin filter, and a problem with a brake pad. Anthony discussed the report and answered any questions. I had them fix the problems I needed. Anthony offered to take me home in their courtesy van if I wanted. Christian Brothers is very customer service oriented. I loved the report with pictures so I could see what the mechanics were looking at. I highly recommend Christian Brothers for taking care of your car. Also, you can get a military discount, if you have a military id.”

“I have used Seymours Garage for auto repairs over four decades and can attest that this is a group of specialized mechanics that do excellent work. Also the business is highly professional and this company will always look out for the customer. As an example: I took my car in because I thought the car noise it was making meant needing new brakes. Nope. I was called and told the car didn’t need brakes. Couldn’t find the cause, but no brakes yet and they called me to get the car back. No repairs. I will always use this business. And, how often do you hear that from a mechanic?

These guys never seize to amaze me with their good will and professionalism. Today I took my Avalon Toyota in because the same car would not start and it had the engine and battery lights on. Turned out my battery had a seven year warranty and it was replaced. On a Friday. After 3:00 PM. No labor charge. I’m happy. I have my car for the week end. I could go on and on about how good these guys are but you get the idea. Try them out.”

I initially brought my vehicle in around the middle of July with a multitude of issues. I needed a timing belt replacement, a tune-up, had rattling coming from the engine, and several other things that needed attention. At that point, my car simply was not running the way it should. Considering the amount of work my vehicle needed, the initial turnaround time was surprisingly fast, and the pricing was very fair.
From the very beginning, Lena at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. That level of communication made an otherwise stressful situation so much easier.
Once my car was ready, they contacted me, we worked out a convenient time for me to pick it up, and I went on my way. After getting my vehicle back, however, I noticed a few things that concerned me and weren’t quite what I expected after having so much work done.
I brought those concerns back to Lena, and this is where I was truly impressed. Lena and Carlos, the technician, went above and beyond. They spent so much additional time diagnosing, checking, and addressing my concerns to make sure my vehicle was running safely and efficiently.
As a mother of three who is currently pregnant with my fourth, having a reliable and SAFE vehicle isn’t something I take lightly. I needed to know that I could get my children and myself where we needed to go without worrying about whether my car was going to leave us stranded. Lena and Carlos completely understood that, and they treated my concerns with the seriousness and care I was hoping for.
They didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult or like my concerns were an inconvenience. Instead, they took the time to go over everything, cover their bases, and make sure I was comfortable and confident in my vehicle before considering the job finished.
I genuinely feel like I received even MORE than my money’s worth because of the amount of care, time, and effort they put into making sure my vehicle was right. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

“Ran over something metal on my way from Austin to San Antonio that I knew did significant damage to the undercarriage of my vehicle. I happened to be in the area of this place, read one really positive review and took a chance.
I’m glad I did. I needed to get back to Austin on Saturday night, and Angel and his team were able to make that happen. I expected to pay between $2000 and $2500 based on the damage assessment, but was surprised to pay $1750.
The members of this shop are honest and hard working. It’s been months since this accident, and I have not needed to seek additional repairs.

“Can't praise this shop enough! I have a little 2020 Ford EcoSport. Transmission was skipping/jolting trying to go faster that 55mph. Dealership quoted me at $9K to replace it but somehow also $9K to repair it didn't disclose exactly what was wrong with it. Thankfully a co-worker recommended BERT'S GENE. Tony and the team were great. TRANSPARENT & straight forward. I'm not a car guy, so I hate the feeling that I get (powerlessness) every time I have to do deal with a dealership or shop. With Tony & team, best experience I've had in a long time by far. Quoted $8K for a replacement & roughly $5K to repair. They called & over communicated anything that came up that could impact previously discussed pricing. As long as I'm in this area, they'll have me as a customer. Thanks team.
