I CANT THANK WYATT ENOUGH FOR ATTENDING TO ALL MY PROBLEMS, QUESTIONS AND TROUBLES. HONESTLY IF IT WASNT FOR HIM I WOULD BE SCREWED RIGHT NOW. HANDS DOWN WILL ONLY COME BACK TO THIS UPS STORE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE LADY CHEYENNE WAS VERY HELPFUL PATIENT AND GOOD COWORKER. I LOVE STORE 6899. AND SO SHOULD YOU !

I was there yesterday and there was an irate customer. She was completely rude to the staff. The owner stepped in and tried to handle it. But the woman was out of control. Rude. Demanding. Entitled. I feel sorry sometimes for people that are in customer service. Good job UPS store for surviving your day.
