“On Friday 7/17/26 I had a blow out. My car was towed to the Stone Oak location and I had all tires replaced. On Saturday 7/18/26 I was driving on I 35 in NB, and a chunk of metal came out of no where and popped my tire! Less than 15 hours later of just getting 4 new tires! The metal piece also disabled 3 other vehicles. I was towed to the NB location and Micheal came out when I arrived and I can’t even begin to express my gratitude towards him. He was so empathetic with what happened. He made sure to get a new tire ordered right away that way I could get my car back that afternoon. The police had to block part of I 35 bc so many cars were disabled bc of this. The officer took me to Discount and they weren’t even open yet. But Michael came out still. “I was losing air in my tire and so I went to fill my tire up at Discount and decided that it would probably be best to get my tire checked instead. I had a very good experience at Discount especially with Leonardo and Jacob. They showed me what was the wrong with my tire and they checked my other tires and one of my other tires was bad also. Both of the gentlemen were very respectful and very helpful. I was able to purchase 2 tires at a good price and I was very grateful and appreciative of their help.”
