“Rep helped me out in a major way! Atascosita location had it all wrong with the requirements to change your last name on a joint account. This rep allowed me to email my marriage license because on top of the other location telling me i needed my husband there, she told me I didn’t need my marriage license as well. She was wrong with both requirements as I was only changing my demographics, my husband is not needed!! Thank you to this rep and I can FINALLY start my new job! She clearly read her requirement manual thank you!!”
