The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, but I especially want to recognize Esmeralda, Alicia, & Tiffany for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were kind, patient, professional, and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can truly tell that they care about the customers they serve. It’s always a great experience when you walk into a bank and feel respected, valued, and appreciated. Esmeralda , Tiffany, Alicia and the whole team that was on shift 08/29/26 are a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like, and Woodforest is lucky to have her on their team. “I stopped by here yesterday to correct something I screwed up when setting up a new account online. I've always used big banks and this was my first experience with a regional. There was no line (a refreshing difference from a big bank!) and I was greeted by two employees. Christina is the one who helped me sort out my mailing address issue; she was thorough and she was pleasant to talk to. She also introduced me to the bank manager and I had a good conversation with them both. The three employees I chatted with there all seemed very friendly and experienced, and they were a joy to be around. I'd recommend you go to this location, don't go to the one at the front of kingwood by 59, it's too busy up there. This is the location to go to. What a great staff!”
