“This is Tony! I want to shout out to this guy for service beyond reproach! I’m a regular visitor to this location. Last week I was in with my granddaughter. She had her favorite stuffed animal toy with her. As we got back into the car she must have dropped it on the ground. Tony had come outside and noticed it. I think the average employee wouldn’t have thought twice about it. However, Tony realized the toy belonged to my granddaughter. He picked it up, cleaned it up and put into a plastic bag and sealed with tape. Today when I got gas I went into the store to get a breakfast sandwich. Tony recognized me and said, “ Are you the guy that comes in with the little girl?” I said yes. He said “Hold on I got something for you.” Tony then hands me my granddaughter’s toy. Sometimes it’s hard to find excellent customer service, but today I found it. It really made my day that someone took such an effort for something so small but meaningful to me. Thanks you Tony!!!”
