“Love shopping here. So many good deals. The stock rotates pretty frequently, but there are some essentials they always have on hand especially if you are willing to be flexible with brands. New items are frequently highlighted on their FaceBook page. Everyone is friendly!”
“Went to the Azle Gun Show that was located at this venue. Wide variety of firearms, knives and other accessories for being a small show. Definitely going back when they have a show again.”
“I really like this store and go here for items that you can't find other places or cost a lot more somewhere else. The employees are always friendly and the store is well stocked. I don't mind that it's $1.25 but I hope they don't become like Dollar General and start overcharging for more and more items since I am now seeing more price tags with higher amounts. The only downside is that there are not enough employees so the lines can get long and there are boxes all over the store, especially in the back making it hard to get to what you want without tripping. It makes the place feel cluttered and trashy. But that's poor management and not the employees fault. The place is worth checking out if you want a good deal on everyday household items and seasonal decor.”

“WOW!! This was my second visit to the Azle location. Both times, I was greeted with a smile. The shelves are well stocked, clean and organized. I expected this Dollar General Store to be like all the others. I just started working in the Azle area. I’ve shared my experience with several people. The customer service is exceptional. Very Clean, Organized and you can walk down the isle. You can tell “The employees care about their store!” I was beyond impressed! I complimented the Employee for her exceptional customer service. Please, let your employees know their hard work didn’t go unnoticed! You have very caring employees! They are friendly, go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I only wish that she had help it looks like she was taking care of the whole store by herself. Stocking shelves, offering help to customers to find what they need and working the register. “I live in Briar 6 miles from store and have another one much closer, 2 miles, but go to this one, most of the time, because it has produce bananas, apples, cucumbers, packaged baby carrots, tangerines, etc. and the store is generally clean and stocked for the most part. Parking lot is well marked not like the one close to my house on FM 730 they’re in Briar but *both stores are clean and have nice helpful employees*. You can get a bigger selection at Albertson’s in Azel but the DG typically has everything I need to sustain me in life and I recommend you go to either one of these locations. Handicap parking spaces and access, buggies and baskets. They have a pretty big selection of cosmetics, an aisle dedicated to Auto, paper towels, TP. ect..
They just about have a little bit of everything and at a discounted price compared to Albertsons, which has a much larger overhead and is a great grocery store to go to, but to drive 8 miles in and pay a little more or drive 2 miles or 6 miles and pay less I choose less which is my choice. I recommend going to the store and hope this helps.”

“I stopped into this Dollar General today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Kelly was incredibly friendly and helped me find everything I needed without me even having to ask twice. Madison is always super polite and upbeat.
Both of them make the store feel welcoming and well-run. It’s rare to meet employees who genuinely seem to care, but these two absolutely do. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of them!”
“It's a Dollar General. You either go to these type of places or you don't. If you do you won't be disappointed. I have always had a good experience. The store is sometimes a little messy, but again it's a Dollar General. Don't expect Nieman Marcus.”
