From the gentleman whom I assume was the manager, to the cashier and an elderly gentleman who apologized he couldn't open the door the door for me due to a n issue he was having. A true gentleman who wanted to show respect. I was greatly touched. This gem is located not far from my home and they have products we enjoy that interestingly enough cannot be found in big box stores. Thank you. I will return.”

“WOW!! This was my second visit to the Azle location. Both times, I was greeted with a smile. The shelves are well stocked, clean and organized. I expected this Dollar General Store to be like all the others. I just started working in the Azle area. I’ve shared my experience with several people. The customer service is exceptional. Very Clean, Organized and you can walk down the isle. You can tell “The employees care about their store!” I was beyond impressed! I complimented the Employee for her exceptional customer service. Please, let your employees know their hard work didn’t go unnoticed! You have very caring employees! They are friendly, go above and beyond to help you find what you need. “I stopped here this past Friday for a couple of quick grabs. There was an older & younger lady working that were quite pleasant and seemed happy to be there. I’ve noticed most business don’t even say Hi when I enter so I was pleasantly surprised by this.”
“This is the cleanest, most organized Dollar General store I have been to. I live in Lake worth, and there are 3 others within the area, & past the area of Lake Worth,but those stores are always messy, and they run out of the regular things that I buy.

“This is a organized Family Dollar. I usually walk in to the other locations and the shelves are empty. The shelves are fully stocked. They stock Dallas Cowboys Apparel and blankets. They had two employees working. It wasn’t set up to “self check out.” Thank you for having employees to check us out at the register.”

“Crew seems to be understaffed here. Have stopped by a couple times, but do my shopping elsewhere if I can because the people working there are always busy just trying to get everything stocked. The store is pretty disorganized and there's usually a line but they do their best to help as they can and are friendly. The customer service isn't bad but the crew is just spread too thin to operate the store very well”

“Good selection of dofferent palettes and colored lipstick/lipgloss. Not a good selection of concealer and pressed powder. Only 3 shades and none of them for fair skin.”
“It's a Dollar General. You either go to these type of places or you don't. If you do you won't be disappointed. I have always had a good experience. The store is sometimes a little messy, but again it's a Dollar General. Don't expect Nieman Marcus.”
