Younger individuals were running the self-check out. However, there was no customer service or greeting provided to anyone. The store was well lit and organized. There was a vast selection of Brookshire's brand products.”

While I was there, two nearby employees asked if I was finding everything okay. When I let them know I was trying to find several steaks, they informed me they sell them by the 12 count case and grabbed one of the freezer so it would stay cold for the drive. We cooked them the next day and they were awesome!”

“The staff are very friendly and helpful. My family has been using Albertsons Pharmacy for more than 20 years. The prices are low and they have cards and different ways to get you the lowest prices possible even if you have no insurance. They are also very informed and they will share advice about your meds. Again I love the staff!”

“I love this little store. They have a kitchen as well. And I've been back multiple times for breakfast because it's so good. The cashier and cook are super sweet! They make you feel like family there even though it's a convenience store. Just walk in and you'll see what I'm talking about. You won't regret it!”
“This is the cleanest, most organized Dollar General store I have been to. I live in Lake worth, and there are 3 others within the area, & past the area of Lake Worth,but those stores are always messy, and they run out of the regular things that I buy.

“WOW!! This was my second visit to the Azle location. Both times, I was greeted with a smile. The shelves are well stocked, clean and organized. I expected this Dollar General Store to be like all the others. I just started working in the Azle area. I’ve shared my experience with several people. The customer service is exceptional. Very Clean, Organized and you can walk down the isle. You can tell “The employees care about their store!” I was beyond impressed! I complimented the Employee for her exceptional customer service. Please, let your employees know their hard work didn’t go unnoticed! You have very caring employees! They are friendly, go above and beyond to help you find what you need. And enjoy meeting new people and playing a game while we all talk and get to know each other...just right here were I live at now..it's nice to have this store to walk to less than 2 or 3 hundred yards away..Nice people working together in their store.”

“Chris at Walmart in Saginaw in the Electronic area was more than helpful. He went above and beyond by calling a Tmobile Premium reps to help find where the scheduled Premium rep, that was SUPPOSED to be on duty is to help me with a phone. An associate like Chris should be acknowledged for his great customer service skills! He didn't have to do this, he could have been like the other Walmart associate who said they get here late and that's all. But not Chris. Kudos to him!!”

While we were chatting, she went above and beyond by helping find a shirt for my 10-year-old to match our trip needs something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but chose to anyway. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out.
