The trash cans were aligned at pumps with no overflow and the pumps appeared to have been recently cleaned. As I made my way up to the window and met Henry where it was well lit and shelves of items all perfect and easy to shop for what I needed. Henry spoke clearly and loudly through the speaker and was a pleasure to speak with. He certainly went out of his way to ensure the little time he had with my quick visit to have an impact on me and make a difference in the lives of people around him. He surely allowed me to forget the days problems and smile for a second before I went on my way. Thanks Henry!! You are a good man!!”

The traffic should go just one way to alleviate congestion, and the customers should adhere to HEB rules, or the customer can take their business elsewhere. Black hair. i dont remember her name unfortunately)has top tier customer service , she informed me of the reward thing and saved me a couple bucks and was so friendly and pleasant throughout my entire time I was in the store. “I don't like leaving bad reviews but I must or they will not improve. Every QuikTrip I go to is clean, nice, and well stocked with great condiments and drinks. This location is absolutely horrible. They had dirty tape over every whipped drink selection indicating that they were out of all of it. The floor was so sticky that I took my shoes off to get back in my car! The food that they prepared for me was cold, took a long time, and the kid that was helping me was snarky. And of course he's a genius, right? When I told themthey were out Coke on tap. They said it will have to wait wait until it could get changed out. There were at least four people in the store not really loaded down with any tasks. So I couldn't get Coke . I need to be able to go back to this place and I want it to be what I am used to in a quick trip location. Somebody from the district really should talk to the management in the store in a very persuasive way. I'm filing a complaint with the corporate offices. And I have pictures.Update:The fact that the managing owner took the time to reply to me speaks volumes on what a great company QuikTrip is. And it's completely understandable that they have a store with some issues. I'm sure he'll get this straightened out and back on track. As I said, the company is a great one and every site I've ever been to is A great place to go. I'm changing my rating and look forward to seeing the improvements the next time I'm in.”
