“I think this place is haunted. First time going in at dark. My unit is inside, the door isn't visible. It clearly sounded as if the door slammed shut which I was not bothered by, it's only held open by a rock. It wasn't until I walked to the door and noticed it was opened still. There was no other vehicles and then I started hearing other stuff moving around. Made me very uneasy. I recommend having those security mirrors in the corners so the door and other hallways are visible throughout. So single females like myself don't feel like there is someone lurking around.”

“I had a storage unit here for about 2 years. Moving in was an easy process. I had to switch units last minute due to movers arriving in a longer truck than expected (about 18-wheeler length). They were unable to access the back unit that I originally had. Rightspace storage allowed me to switch units with no issues. They emailed me in advance when any changes were being made, like pay or passcodes. They also would notify me when painting was happening nearby. I recently moved and was no longer needing a storage unit. I asked the front lady(I apologize that I don’t remember her name) what I needed to do for move-out and by when to avoid the following month charge. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. The front desk lady is AMAZING (same lady). I was on vacation and made a call to notify them that I had moved out of my unit. My belongings were moved while I was gone. I don’t think I left a voicemail, but I called when it was closed. I completely forgot that I needed to call again to complete my move-out. The front lady called me back when they were open because of her, I remembered that I had to complete my move-out. Move-out process is simple. I highly recommend this place for anyone having to use a storage unit. The prices are fair, clean, security is good, and the front desk people, I have never had any issues with.”
