“Second post for this company and the Salado team. Just closed my third unit with them and can’t speak highly enough. Staff is superb!! Excellent and clean facility. Would rent here again in a HEARTBEAT!! Only issue: Be prepared to bring your own lighting for while you work in your unit. First post from several months ago: Highly recommend this facility!! Professional and courteous staff. Good security camera coverage. Clean units, hallways, facility and accurate unit sizing (other storage facilities in the area were renting “10’x10’s” that actually measured less than 9’x9’ which is approx a 20% loss of space!!). The moving van has been a huge help also. Great experience here. Thank you!!!”

“I went to get a storage for my son and the gentleman I met and spoke to was really kind, intelligent and knew his job. The only issue I have is that the storage was supposed to be climate controlled, and I don't think it climate controlled. It's very hot in there and my son dreads going into the storage unit.”

“I have no idea where you got Jackie from. But let her run ALL of the stores. She was absolutely outstanding, from the knowledge, to the speed, to the professionalism. If i didn’t know any better id assume she was the owner. Any question i had was answered right then and there. Also when i realized my riding lawn mower wouldn’t have easy access to the unit, she switched it no problem to a unit with easier access. I even upgraded to a bigger unit, and plan to be here long term, ONLY because of her. I love when i meet people like Jackie!”

“The owner isn’t really a cool dude, wanted to charge me when I didn’t clear out like a day over the deadline. The front desk girls are very nice and helpful.
Great storage unit I was here for a short time and a larger enclosed RV space. But in that short time, the people here showed me a lot of kindness I had been in an accident and I had to sell my bus, but when I came to this storage these people were always kind enough to give me a ride in the golf cart because of my knee.
I recommend this place. I’m not saying it’s the cheapest but the quality is there in my opinion and truly some nice people.”
“This was our first PCS, Texas to Hawaii, and I was very nervous that our items would show up destroyed, crushed, scratched, etc. Nope!
We have unpacked all our kitchen and majority of breakable items with no issues!
1 star removed just due to labeling. Several of the boxes do not have the items in them that are listed on the outside causing them to be unpacked into the incorrect rooms. If I could remove only a half star, I would. It’s just a minor inconvenience. I am so thankful that our crew from AJ’s cared for our home goods as much as we do.
Both packing and loading crews were courteous as well, while staying on track during the whole process.”

“Excellent facility to keep your boat or RV. Very clean and well kept. Had an issue once with the gate not opening, called and the manager got someone out within 20 minutes to get us in!! The location is excellent to Stillhouse or Belton and the price is great. Only reason we left was a spot opened up closer to home. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing to store their boat or RV.”

“I like this boat storage place. I'm a first-time boat owner, but a long-time boat user. I grew up on the lake. This place is literally a stones throw from a boat ramp and lake. Wes, the owner is very nice and very accommodating. He is improving the facilities to make it easier to store my boat. My boat is in a covered storage unit. It is a no frills kind of place. Wes is a good communicator and reaches out monthly. The facility is small and feels exclusive, which I very much like. There is no drama, no traffic, no waiting on a gate when there. Wes has the facility on his property, so if you need him, he's there. It's nice, no frills, and exclusive feeling kind of place.”

“I was told my truck would fit in a 10x20. I didn’t fit but they had a 10x25 and it fit perfect. I think they should take it to account that there are medal beam against the wall wall that sticks out like 5 to 6 inches.”
