“Hands down the best movie theater. Regal theater is a nightmare. Unlike regal you can purchase food and tickets online. Have it deliver or set up pick up. The kiosk is up and running, is cleaned, and everything works.”

“We went on Friday to see The Princess Bride. I was very pleased with the ticket prices ($5) and the offerings at the concession stand. Although we only got popcorn and a couple of drinks, there was actual food on the menu that was very cleverly named and smelled amazing. The price for a large popcorn and 2 drinks was about 18, which we happily paid. It was pretty awesome to go to an historic movie theater to see a movie that I have enjoyed since my childhood. The employees were all working together to make sure everyone felt welcome and were helped in a timely manner. Thank you The Beltonian for an outstanding experience!”

“Our stay at the The Yellow House B & B was lovely. Sara was attentive and you could see the hospitable attention to detail everywhere from coffee, hot chocolate, water, sodas and cookies round the clock. There were extra plug ins for charging. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I saved the best for last. The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious and she made a vegetarian dish for my cousin during our stay! Look no further, you found your place!!! Thank you Sara for a lovely stay.”

“I am soooooooo happy that this taco truck exists. They always satisfy my cravings 100%. My always go-to order is Al Pastor Corn Tacos with Cilantro and Onion. Some days the taco shells are okay but today was the best I’ve ever tried them, soft but a little crispy on the edges and still very freshly made! The pork (al pastor) is to die for every single time. It always makes me so happy! My mom had quesadillas and she loved them as well. Only thing maybe is the location, it’s a little sketchy but I’d do sketchy every time if that means I get my taco fix. Lol”
“We went to the shed for a late lunch, and it was amazing as most places in Salado. Before I forget, I want to mention the waitress Lisa, who was amazing and gave amazing customer service! She was very familiar with the menu and had some really good recommendations, which I always enjoy when eating at a restaurant. We had the shed sampler, which was mozzarella sticks, hot wings and chips and salsa. We opted for the Dr Pepper wings (housemate sauce) YUM and and the kickin' bourbon. The ambience is much like something that you would see on diners, dives, and drive-ins. The food was great. My BLT was perfect and I will absolutely make this one of my staples when I'm in Salado.”

“Another great place. The staff is friendly and you have to be a member to get in, I think that's great because it's not just anyone from off the streets that come in there. They do things for the community periodically throughout the year and they do have a couple of dinners that are open to the public thru out the year. It's very family friendly, they have a separate room with toys and games for the kiddos so you can bring them along. Karaoke every Friday from 8pm-close.”
“Took a last minute family vacation and found a true ? next to Belton Lake. Peaceful, serene location, with great people as your guests. Conveniently located near multiple lake locations, better than a hotel with a true home feeling......highly recommend and we will be coming back!!!!!”

“It’s a nice spot. The climbing area is great and the price for admission is fair. They have a separate area for infants which is nice. You have to get a reloadable card for all of the arcade type stuff though they aren’t included in admission. They don’t have lockers for shoes/bags just an open shelf area. The 5 lockers they do have are shown in the pictures.The massage chair sign says you can do 6min for $2 but then when you press the buttons the lowest option is $7 for 20min. I’ve been to better indoor play places so maybe I’m just spoiled ~shrugs~”

“I was a vendor in the Garage Sale and Bazaar for the second time. For $15, I received a 6 foot table and purchased 3 chairs for $1 each. The space was 10x10 and the fee covered both Saturday and Sunday. In a few hours, I made quite a few sales for my handmade jewelry. I was outside this time which was lively with music and a few food trucks. Too bad they do not have this event every weekend as I would be there.”
“My grandson was in town and I was able to get a monthly membership for less than $20 for unlimited visits. It's an indoor park that is a fun way to allow kids to burn off energy, socialize and have a great time indoors.I feel that the staff is very friendly and professional, especially Lilith who works behind the food service counter. The clerks that check customers in are also very helpful and help place the wristband on my grandson's wrist, they let my grandson chose the color of his socks, and I feel they all genuinely go out of their way to welcome customers!”
