“The Killeen Convention Center is awesome. However, this years CribAf'ran event fell very short and we won't be back. Food vendor. Had to wait almost an hour for my meal. No entertainment for most of the day. We left early.”
“On 7 July 2024, after being a patron of this post for 21 years, I was unjustly refused service by the Bar Maid, whom I did not know and asked to leave without reason. I politely did so. I had not had a single drink that day, nor was I displaying any form of discord. It appears it is a personal issue that I have no knowledge of. As a combat Purple Heart recipient vet, of 22 years of service to my country I find it repulsive to be treated disrespectful in fron of freinds and comrades by some who may have been 5 years old on 911.
I received a call from the boss and we professionally rectified the issue. I am fully welcomed back. It has always been a wonderful place until last night but it's fixed and we will leave it at that. I enjoy the VET. Atmosphere and those able to speak a Veterans language without judgment it's a place of peace with the soft reminder of hell

I'm a dance teacher, I hosted my first event at The Social Instance and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The venue is beautiful, well-managed, and truly committed to community and culture. The owner was supportive, professional, made everything run smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This will most definitely be my first choice for future events. Highly recommend this space for anyone looking to create something special in Killeen.”

“Another great place. The staff is friendly and you have to be a member to get in, I think that's great because it's not just anyone from off the streets that come in there. They do things for the community periodically throughout the year and they do have a couple of dinners that are open to the public thru out the year. It's very family friendly, they have a separate room with toys and games for the kiddos so you can bring them along. Karaoke every Friday from 8pm-close.”

“We are a family that loves going to the movies. We have the Cinemark Rewards and we really benefit from the free tickets monthly and 25% concessions plus the $ off coupons.
The only issue we have is the frozen foods ALWAYS taste freezer burnt. Maybe it's our taste buds, I don't know. I brought it up to management about 2 years ago then tried it months after that and recently, still taste awful. We stick to pizza, nachos and hotdogs with our popcorn and drinks.
But, still 5 stars for streamlined service, thanks to the app and employees are nice.”

“You can't play with the kiddos if you're over 250, but otherwise, you can enjoy the indoor playground with your children.
There is a place for new walkers and crawlers, a place for toddlers, and a place for everyone else.
You can host birthday parties, and there is a small assortment of arcade games and massage chairs for the adults.
You can buy drinks and snacks inside, and no outside drinks and snacks are allowed.
My only real issue is having to use the bathroom in your socks. Otherwise, it would have a 5 star rating since it is also quite affordable.”

“The rooms are really nice with a patio and a mid-century vibe. Very laid back and quiet, even with being close to i-35. The courtyard has lots of big trees, with walking paths and a dry creek that leads to nearby Salado Creek where you can swim. The restaurant is excellent, too!”
“Went to a graduation at this location it was a very nice venue but the restrooms we inoperable for the entire graduation 3+hrs due to a city line breaking causing the whole block to go without water.”
“Always have a good time here and recently I had my daughter birthday party here Valentine’s Day weekend we enjoyed our host and everyone was very helpful our children played safely all of the party favors came with the deluxe party package. will recommend”
