“Our stay at the The Yellow House B & B was lovely. Sara was attentive and you could see the hospitable attention to detail everywhere from coffee, hot chocolate, water, sodas and cookies round the clock. There were extra plug ins for charging. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I saved the best for last. The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious and she made a vegetarian dish for my cousin during our stay! “We went to the shed for a late lunch, and it was amazing as most places in Salado. Before I forget, I want to mention the waitress Lisa, who was amazing and gave amazing customer service! She was very familiar with the menu and had some really good recommendations, which I always enjoy when eating at a restaurant. We had the shed sampler, which was mozzarella sticks, hot wings and chips and salsa. We opted for the Dr Pepper wings (housemate sauce) YUM and and the kickin' bourbon. The ambience is much like something that you would see on diners, dives, and drive-ins. The food was great. My BLT was perfect and I will absolutely make this one of my staples when I'm in Salado.”
