Hillary scanned my husband’s feet, created a personalized plan for him, showed him some of the best choices , and assisted him with the fitting. It has been about 2 weeks and he says the boots are working well for him. Thanks Hillary for the great service!”

“MAJOR shout out to Natalie at Northeast Mall for the AMAZING fit. For context, I am a death metal vocalist and I always wear black/gothic/alternative clothing and I’ve never been able to put together a normal outfit that actually suits me. I feel so confident and free and I love every article of clothing she picked out. I didn’t even plan to walk out with shoes but they tie the fit together so perfectly. Natalie knows what she’s doing and she knew exactly what I needed! “Z-coils are the best kept secret. And I'd love to get the word out. I got mine 9 years ago. They have been fantastic. I do long days standing and walk up to 16000 steps a day They have helped my back, leg and foot pain. My feet no longer go numb with standing.
The customer service at this store was exceptional. She was able to fix my heel, which after nine years, and thousands of hundreds of thousands of steps became loose, and she charged me nothing.

“I purchased sandals that cost $215.42...they are pretty but hurt my feet. I just found receipt...and it's day 38..receipt says refunds within 30 days...I was only able to wear them 3 times..after that I couldn't. The sales lady was great, store clean and great location. I am lost at what to do...I know in this time we are in some of these business are struggling and will not assist in refund. I've never paid $215.42 for shoes. I had 3 kids and they came first.”
