“So me and my daughter went there today and it was SO much better than the one in watauga that we went to last but I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 only bc they squeezed so much clothing on the racks we couldn't scoot things over to actually see the clothing. I just found receipt...and it's day 38..receipt says refunds within 30 days...I was only able to wear them 3 times..after that I couldn't. The sales lady was great, store clean and great location. I am lost at what to do...I know in this time we are in some of these business are struggling and will not assist in refund. I've never paid $215.42 for shoes. I had 3 kids and they came first.”

“Z-coils are the best kept secret. And I'd love to get the word out. I got mine 9 years ago. They have been fantastic. I do long days standing and walk up to 16000 steps a day They have helped my back, leg and foot pain. My feet no longer go numb with standing.
The customer service at this store was exceptional. She was able to fix my heel, which after nine years, and thousands of hundreds of thousands of steps became loose, and she charged me nothing.
Give this place a look.”

“I've been meaning to make my review for over a month! Went in to get my son some new skate shoes. We normally go to vans for half cabs but he's been looking to branch out. Gibby recommended some different brands and went out of his way to pull anything in my son's size that he might like. He even allowed us to pull from their online site to try some that he recommended so we could take advantage of their deal. Both new brands we tried were great and my son loves them. The other employees were kind of just moping around the store. Gibby was managing the entire place and checking everyone out while still keeping track of a very large pile of merchandise and keeping his customers satisfied. He deserves to be making the most at that store and if he isnt, I hope my review edges that along. 🫶 we will be back in soon as my son wears a pair of skate shoes out within a couple of months.”

“I recently visited Carter's store with my daughters, we had such a lovely experience! The store was bright and full of adorable outfits for children of all ages. What really stood out to me, though, was Lolo, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful and greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we walked in, and helped us To find exactly what we needed, suggesting some cute items based on what I mentioned my kid likes.
