Karen was friendly, had a warm smile, helpful and ensured I was given the appropriate discount; the Best part of this customer experience was my interaction with Karen-she projects the best possible image of herself and Kohl’s. I don’t know any of the leadership/staff at the corporate headquarters in Menomonee, WI-I only know Karen on the front-lines; As Kohl’s most important resources-it’s Human Resources, I would ensure you were being compensated appropriately and for the awesome Customer-Service-value you bring to Kohl’s.
