First Review: I have been a Kohl’s Rewards member for years; recently stopped in at this location to purchase a few early ???s; checked-out with Karen; normally I would have had my App ready, however, due to time constraints/medical appointment, I didn’t! Karen was friendly, had a warm smile, helpful and ensured I was given the appropriate discount; the Best part of this customer experience was my interaction with Karen-she projects the best possible image of herself and Kohl’s. I don’t know any of the leadership/staff at the corporate headquarters in Menomonee, WI-I only know Karen on the front-lines; As Kohl’s most important resources-it’s Human Resources, I would ensure you were being compensated appropriately and for the awesome Customer-Service-value you bring to Kohl’s.
