Xavier was so incredibly knowledgeable about brands that I wanted to tip him in the end. With my husband's tall frame and wanting a tighter fit, he really steered us in the right direction. “Part time manager, Chassidy, at this store went above and beyond finding me multiple items after calling around to other Michael Kors locations and getting a lot of kick back. Chassidy sat on the phone with me for over an hour to search and check items that were in stock and or available to order. She was very polite, patient, and I couldn't of asked for a better sales associate to work with. Her communication skills were top notch even when she had to call me back etc., I shop at a lot of high end stores, but Chassidy went beyond all my expectations for customer service. Even after getting some kick back on an online order, Chassidy was able to help me find similar items in store to assure I would get my items on time for my company event. “We love this JCPenney. It's the absolute best one around. It's nice, newly remodeled, very clean, and roomy. It could be a little better stocked with merchandise, but we had some good luck shopping there yesterday. Unfortunately, the restroom downstairs was horrible. It was filthy and really smelled. I have to admit, I was really shocked to find the restroom there in such awful condition. Still, I definitely recommend this JCPenney, and the entire Northeast Mall.”
