“This is by far my favorite CVS location. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I just went in there 5 minutes before closing, and they are always so accommodating and friendly. One of the ladies even remembers my birthday when I come in to get wine or beer. Amazing team!”

“My experience at this location has been nothing short of stellar. My husband and I are recent transplants to the Little Elm / Oak Point area, and from the very first visit, we were met with nothing but warmth and kindness—from the staff behind the counter to those working in the food service area.

Since then, I’ve had surgery and haven’t been able to cook regularly. My husband has been stopping by to pick up wings for me because I absolutely love them—but what keeps us coming back is more than just the food. It’s the thoughtful, genuine customer service.

I tried calling the store to personally thank the wonderful lady behind the counter who so graciously makes my wings well-done every single time. My husband even told her today that I choose their wings over Wingstop—no shade to Wingstop, but the wings from 7-Eleven are honestly amazing.

More than anything, I truly appreciate being remembered during my recovery. That small act of kindness has made it so much easier for me to continue eating and nourishing myself as I heal, and it means more than I can properly put into words.

So this is simply a heartfelt thank-you to the lady behind the counter. I’ll be sure to ask her name the next time I’m able to come into the store myself. I tried calling to thank her directly, but the number didn’t have voicemail set up.

“Nick is an absolute saint. I work on an ambulance, and we were nearly empty, so we stopped at the gas station by there and we were struggling with the gas pumps.When I went into the gas station for help, they told me to ask for Nick, and he is an absolute hero.He spent a lot of time making sure we were able to get gas and get going, and he truly went above and beyond. This was a long day, and Nick was an absolute highlight of it. It's hard to find genuinely nice people who are happy to help out strangers who are in a bad situation (even while they are at work), and yet Nick truly went above and beyond.This man deserves a raise. “Putting 5 stars because I truly do love this QuikTrip, been coming here almost every day for the last few years. Came in tonight to get some beer and taquitos. When I went to check out I gave the guy my ID (he’s usually working and he’s always been so nice). Then he proceeded to tell me there was “obvious discoloration” on my (REAL) ID, and that he won’t be selling me the beer. I tell him it’s my real ID, he tries to point out the “obvious discoloration”. I tell him to scan it, he tells me he “doesn’t feel comfortable” selling it to me and he refuses. Im getting pretty irritated at this point because once again, it’s my real ID. I told him I could have a police officer come in to verify it’s real, and he tells me he has the right to refuse to sell me the beer. He gave me the taquitos for free “for my troubles”. I totally understand being someone that works in the service industry (I do to) and being careful when it comes to that stuff, but I’d really love a way I could come in and somehow verify my ID because I’d hate to have to stop coming here because of this.”

“I need to absolute commend the angel working here, Connie (please forgive me if I got their name wrong. It was late, and I completely forgot to ask their name but believe I heard it in passing) for being an absolute life saver early this morning.

I was driving back from Dallas to our hotel that is maybe a mile north after a night out @~2:45 AM. My friend, however, couldn't make it and got sick in our backseat. Nothing was open in the area I except for this convenience store. I stocked up on paper towels to clean up my friend and what I could of my back seat as I couldn't find any general purpose cleaner in the store. Connie noticed I was going in and out and asked if everything was okay. When explaining the situation, she went out of her way to personally help us and provided fantastic cleaner and odor remover. With the timing of this and how nothing else was open, I guarantee that her help saved me a detailing on my car. I nearly started crying as I thanked her as a result from the stress of this unfortunate series of events I was experiencing and the grace she provided. As I was leaving, she gave me a hug and wished me well.

Lastly, they have a beer cooler (that a younger me would have often regulared) with ample selection of domestics, imports, and decent craft beer.Zoom-Zooms check all the boxes for a quick, convenient, and reasonably priced corner store. “I just had the best 7-Eleven experience I have ever had. To start I had to use the restroom and the restroom was easily the cleanest gas station restroom I’ve ever used. Then I was shocked I got coffee that the area was not a mess like every other convenience store coffee area, but it was actually 100% clean. Best part they literally had every flavor of creamer and syrup you could ever want, and some I didn’t even know existed. Look at those pics!!! AMAZING!!
